Registration

How To Register

Registration is quite easy for this tournament.

  1. Check to see if there are still tickets on Best Coast Pairings and register there if you are.
  2. Prior to January 11th, 2025, e-mail your roster to the tournament organizer Elle at armstrongcochrane.elle AT gmail dot com. You should receive approval within a couple of days.
  3. On the day of the tournament, arrive at Old Guard Games at 10:00 AM to confirm your attendance and pay the registration fee.
    • $20 for NAF coaches: provide your NAF name and number at check-in so we can ensure the results are reported accurately.
    • $25 for non-NAF coaches: nothing extra is required, unless you choose to register for the NAF at the tournament, at which point you'll get the discount.

Loaner Teams

For coaches who are traveling or who might not have a team on hand, members of the local community have provided a number of fully-painted loaner teams for use during the tournament. These are held on a first-come, first serve basis and are meant to help out newer coachers who might not be able to get a full team prepared in time, as well as those who might incidentally be in the area.
